Payback Time
How many minutes until the building pays for itself.
Shorter = safer investment in volatile games.
∞ means the building never recoups its cost.
Efficiency
Net income per civilian assigned.
Use this when civilian count is your bottleneck.
Route logic
What This Means for Your Build Order
Early Game (0-5 min)
Prioritize buildings with the shortest Payback Time. You need income online fast — ROI Score matters less than speed.
Mid Game (5-15 min)
Switch to ROI Score as your primary metric. You have time to let higher-ROI buildings compound.
Late Game (15+ min)
Efficiency (income per civilian) becomes the bottleneck. Civilians are scarce — place them where each one earns most.
